Sprigo: Plant Care & Watering · Last updated September 22, 2026
Sprigo is a watering planner for houseplants. It is built so that everything you enter stays on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no server that stores your plants, and we don't sell or share your data.
What stays on your device
- Your plants, rooms, pots, watering history and answers about the soil.
- Journal photos you take or pick. They are saved inside Sprigo, not in your photo library, and are never uploaded.
- The light meter uses the camera only to read exposure while the meter is open. No image is recorded or saved.
Reminders
Watering reminders and the trial-end reminder are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. No push server is involved.
Widget
The home-screen widget reads a small summary (plant names and days until watering) that Sprigo writes to its own storage on your device.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Sprigo receives only the status of your subscription, never your payment details. We may use a subscription-management service (Adapty) that receives an anonymous app-install identifier and purchase status to validate subscriptions; it does not receive your plants or photos.
Analytics and tracking
Sprigo does not track you across apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers.
Deleting your data
Delete a plant in the app to remove it and its photos, or delete Sprigo from your iPhone to remove all of its data.
Children
Sprigo is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
