By downloading or using Glowix ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Glowix for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Glowix is free to play and supported by ads. Optional one-time in-app purchases are available (for example Remove Ads or coin/booster packs) and are processed by Apple through the App Store. In-game coins and boosters have no real-world value and can be spent only inside the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
Glowix PRO is an optional, auto-renewing weekly subscription. It removes all ads and grants a daily coin bonus while active. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase; no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
