Acceptance

By downloading or using Kicko ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Kicko for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Free to play, optional purchases

Kicko is free to play and supported by ads. Optional in-app purchases are available (Remove Ads, coin packs, and bundles) and are processed by Apple through the App Store; these are one-time purchases. In-game coins have no real-world value and can be spent only inside the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.

Kicko PRO (auto-renewable subscription). Kicko PRO is billed weekly and automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
