By downloading or using Pixo ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pixo for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Pixo is free to play and supported by ads. Optional in-app purchases are available (for example Remove Ads or coin packs) and are processed by Apple through the App Store; purchases are one-time, there are no subscriptions. In-game coins have no real-world value and can be spent only inside the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
